About this position
We’re looking for an instructional designer who can create great cybersecurity content. This content will be used to train our customers’ employees against phishing and social engineering attacks, at scale.
Since this is a maternity leave replacement role, you will be maintaining existing training material, but there’s still plenty of space for creativity.
If you like challenges and want to explore the future of learning from within a key role in the company, CybeReady is the place for you.
Maternity leave expectancy: Until the end of January 2027, with a slight chance of the position being permanent (we can’t guarantee, of course).
What you’ll do
- The main part of the job is creating training deliverables in diverse formats and delivery options (e.g. bite-sized text content, longer courses, polished presentations, etc)
- Manage our content library, consisting of text, graphics, video and phishing simulations
- Work with third party translators to localize our content to 40+ languages
- Work closely with our CEO (who has background in education and training)
- Find and evaluate new learning approaches and tools that we can implement in your workflow or in our product
- Support other teams with your professional knowledge
- Research customers’ needs and challenges in terms of cybersecurity training
Requirements
- Education or background in learning technologies
- Native Hebrew and fluent English (native-level is an advantage)
- Exceptional writing skills, and the ability to match your writing to the style of our existing content
- Project management skills, as you’ll be juggling multiple projects at once
- Ability to create training materials in text and presentations. Videos and infographics – an advantage
- Experience with GenAI tools (text, image and video), but to know their limitations, when to doubt them and fact-check them
- Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Technical mindset. Basic HTML and CSS knowledge – an advantage
- Previous experience in cybersecurity – an advantage. You should at least be willing to learn basic cybersecurity principles independently.
- Problem-solver, resourceful and independent
- Experience working with instructional design tools – an advantage
- Empathy, a positive and kind personality 🙂
