We are looking for a Pre Sales Manager to join our team and support our expanding customer base. Our preferred candidate will be/have: 

As a Pre Sales Manager, you will:

  • Be part of a successful team
  • Conduct Demos to prospects
  • Assist sales with technical related queries
  • Manages POCs from setting goals, onboarding, and kickoff calls
  • Deliver POC summary showing CybeReady value and meeting customer success criteria
  • Manage relationships with multiple customers
  • Develop effective, successful processes to support sales
  • Take part in the development of CybeReady’s content
  • Lead data analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend and implement changes to improve customer performance
  • Fully operating the CybeReady technological platform

 You have:

  • 3 years in sales or sales engineering roles in a B2B SaaS solution
  • Highly motivated individual to help the sales team reach targets
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Professional experience and desire to work with international customers, remotely and face to face
  • Ability to proactively work with high profile customers independently and within a team environment
  • Experience presenting and demonstrating to prospective
  • Technical orientation with experience in IT infrastructure (DNS, mail and mail security products, AAD / Workspace Directory) 
  • Analytical experience – the ability to monitor, identify and present performance metrics.
  • Interest in and understanding of the Cyber Security and/or Security Training industry and its competitors
  • Ability to work remotely and manage independently time, performance, and work
  • Fluent English (reading, written, and spoken)
