Who are we?
CybeReady’s goal is to help organizations change their cybersecurity behavior and culture. We make an automated platform that trains employees to spot phishing and other social engineering attacks, as well as fostering more secure behavior at work and at home. Our machine learning algorithms personalize training for each employee, delivering them the right phishing simulations and other training content.

About this position
We’re looking for a product manager with a technical know-how, who likes to ship products on a weekly basis. We try our best not to break things, but we do move fast.
We want you to join us in bringing innovation to the field of cybersecurity training, using the latest and greatest technologies (yes, we’re talking about AI).
You’ll be joining the Product team, which also houses the design function and training content creation. You’ll be reporting to the Head of Product (the person currently writing this job description).
What you’ll do
- Work closely with the R&D team and feed them Jira tickets (they’re all remote, but we have a close relationship with them)
- Help the Customer Success team with technical questions
- Shape the way hundreds and thousands of employees learn better cybersecurity practices
- Research customers’ needs and challenges in terms of cybersecurity training, with the help of the CS team or directly with customers
- Juggle several projects at once, so you need to be able to have your finger on the pulse
- Prioritize projects and features
- Dig through data to inform your decision making
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience as a Product Manager (Juniors welcome)
- Very technically minded. Familiarity with cloud platforms, basic HTML and CSS, etc. You need to know how to communicate with developers
- Deep understanding of UX flows, ability to simplify user journeys through complex processes
- Experience using (and doubting) generative AI tools
- Experience with data analysis, or a burning desire to learn it
- The ability to take tasks and complete them end to end, and activate the relevant people around them
- Fluent English (native-level is an advantage). Generally, you need to have excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Problem-solver at heart, resourceful, team player, but also independent
- Empathy, a positive and kind personality 🙂
Recruitment process

- Preliminary phone interview (15 minutes)
- General interview (60 minutes)
- Whiteboard interview (90 minutes) (we don’t believe in home assignments that take days to complete)
- CEO interview (30 minutes)
