We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and boost our marketing efforts, reporting to the VP of Marketing and expanding the team’s capabilities, while working hand in hand with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams. 

As a Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Work with the VP of marketing and manage the Lead Generation program 
  • Plan, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns, including demand gen, social media campaigns, email marketing campaigns, and more. 
  • Work with vendors, partners, and resellers to grow CybeReady’s presence via events, content creation, social media, and digital campaigns
  • Create and manage email campaigns for top-of-funnel and middle-of-funnel leads
  • Own the company HubSpot database, monitor data and create reports, analyze conversion rates, and constantly modify digital campaigns and efforts to improve ROI
  • Manage and update the website content, plan activities to improve traffic and analytics

You have: 

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing or demand generation programs 
  • Experience managing lead generation programs  
  • Planned and executed industry conferences and events and was able to work with multiple vendors to deliver high-quality timely results
  • Executed marketing campaigns from start (content generation) to end (email distribution, media placement)
  • Experience managing HubSpot or similar Marketing Automation/CRM platforms 
  • Excellent analytical skills 
  • Excellent English and communication skills, both written and interpersonal

  • Proactive, A-Player attitude, can multitask and turn things around quickly
  • Hands-on, keen for details
