Tech lead position
We are looking for a tech lead with vast experience who’s looking to make an impact.
As a tech lead, you will:
- Work closely with VP R&D and take a major part in planning and execution
- Lead by example (hands-on), mentor the team and conduct code review
- Develop with best practices in mind and be a role model
- Take part in research for the next things that we’ll do
- Influence from day one!
What you’ll need:
- Minimum 6 years experience in developing great products
- Strong backend and frontend skills, more specifically:
- Python/Django – must
- Experience in Angular – big advantage
- Experience in unit, integration, and e2e tests – must
- Cloud computing – AWS advantage
- serverless technology/framework – a big advantage
In addition, you should:
- Be very familiar with agile development
- Know how to manage time and resources under pressure
- Tech-savvy, always up to date with the latest technology
- Ability to take big problems and break them into smaller logical parts
You might also have:
- Experience in cyber security and/or eLearning or digital pedagogy.
